Warranty terms

1. 01

   This Warranty Card is the only document confirming the scope and terms of the warranty. Photocopies and duplicates will not be accepted. Unauthorised modifications may invalidate warranty rights.

2. 02

   The warranty covers responsibility for material defects in the film as described in these warranty terms.

3. 03

   The warranty is limited to the Republic of Poland and covers delamination or discolouration that may occur for up to 10 years after installation, depending on the film type.

4. 04

   If a material defect is confirmed, the Guarantor undertakes to replace the film with a new one, particularly where the film delaminates or cracks spontaneously during the warranty period.

5. 05

   The warranty becomes void in the event of gross negligence in using or caring for the film, resulting in damage or deterioration beyond the recommended care method. Regular inspection is recommended.

6. 06

   Any observed defect must be reported no later than 7 days after it is noticed. Failure to do so may release the Guarantor from responsibility for a defect that continues to develop.

7. 07

   The warranty does not cover normal wear, including scratches, tears, chips or cuts. It also excludes damage caused by improper maintenance, third parties or force majeure, including hail.

8. 08

   The warranty does not cover damage caused by problems with the vehicle’s paintwork, including previous body or paint repairs and corrosion.

9. 09

   ONEWAY PPF has self-healing properties, allowing minor scratches to disappear under hot air or water. The effect may naturally weaken over time. This is not a product defect and is not covered by the warranty.

10. 10

    Warranty rights are lost if the film is repaired or modified by the user or third parties, if covered vehicle parts are dismantled, or if the vehicle is cared for contrary to this guide.

11. 11

    Matters not covered by this Warranty Card are governed by the Polish Civil Code and other applicable laws. Disputes will be heard by the court competent for the Guarantor’s registered office.
